Les Immeubles Perron – A legacy built to last

For more than 100 years, Les Immeubles Perron has shaped the landscape of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean with passion, vision and deep roots. What began as a family entrepreneurial venture is now a regional pillar in real estate, guided by the same values passed down from generation to generation.

The story begins in 1915 in Métabetchouan, when Joseph-Euclide Perron went into business with his father Georges. His talent soon led him to Chicoutimi, where he took part in major aqueduct works in Port-Alfred. From that period came a defining partnership with the Riverin family and the company Riverin et Perron was born. It later became J. Euclide Perron ltée in 1949, supported by his three sons, Georges-Henri, Fernand and André.

In 1953 a new chapter opened: Les Immeubles Perron ltée was founded by J. Euclide and his eight children. Real estate then became an essential part of the family’s growth.

In the 1980s the fourth generation — Denis and Gilles Perron — joined the company. Estimating, project management and a modernized approach helped structure the organization and drive growth. From the 2000s onward, the company pivoted to turnkey projects, integrating design, construction and maintenance.

In 2008 Véronique Perron, Denis’s daughter, joined the company, marking the arrival of the fifth generation.

Today, Les Immeubles Perron owns and manages over 500,000 sq. ft. of rental space across about twenty residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Integrated management is handled by a solid, loyal family team focused on quality, proximity and sustainability.
