Project history
The building, the first to be integrated into Les Immeubles Perron real estate park in the 1950’s, will be completely revamped. Approximately 10,000 square feet will be added to the current surface area of 50,000 square feet, an extension requiring an investment of almost 3 million dollars in the heart of downtown Saguenay.
